The first step in this process is to air-dry or 'season' the logs, which are sourced from controlled forest concessions. After seasoning for up to 3 months, the logs are rough-sawn in the sawmill. These large planks are further seasoned, before being put into the klins for drying.

Depending on the thickness of the planks, they spend between 15 to 45 days on average in the kilns.

Kiln-dried timber is stored under cover until it is sent to the production line.

The properly dried timber is then machine processed in batches. Moulding, cutting, drilling, tenoning... all these steps are performed on fells modern, imported machinery.

The assembled parts are all soaked in a proprietary oil, which incorporates UV protection,

anti-fungal elements, and a base colorant. After wiping and drying, all is sent to the packing line.

We operate on a made-to-order, just-in-time syatem, and all of our completed furniture is loaded straight from our packing line into containers for export around around the world.
